Mammoth Folding Fork

The ProDig fork is designed to withstand the rigorous demands of today’s busy contractor with clever designs to reduce down time.

• Designed for use on Large Wheel Loaders
• Heavy duty construction using high yield structural hollow section and plate
• Available in widths from 3.6 meters (12ft) to a massive 5.5 meters (18ft). 
• 1830mm (6ft) X 50mm Hardox tines as standard with optional 2100mm (7ft) long tines available. 
• Our Hardox tines are made incorporating a replaceable wear tip meaning the tine never has to be replaced. 80mm pivot point pin fitted with replaceable hardened steel bushings. 
• Hardox wear strip extending the full length of bottom section. 
• Fitted with hydraulic check valve for road safety & to increase pivot point lifespan. 
• Double acting cushioned hydraulic cylinder on each wing. Incorporates a unique wing locking system when open which absorbs the stress and strain which would otherwise be all loaded on the pivot pin. 
• Fitted with a spill frame with removable centre for Z-linkage loaders. 
• Greasable bushings on all pivot points. 
• Optional extras: Lighting kit -(no:2 front facing work lights), colour options, transport tine guard, hydraulic flow divider valve. 
• Includes Euro 50 brackets & hydraulic accumulator.
