Common questions about farm machinery servicing
Do you service all brands of farm machinery?
Yes. While we're a Case IH and New Holland dealer, our technicians service a wide range of machinery brands. If you're unsure, give us a call and we can confirm.
Can you come out to me?
Yes. Our mobile service team can travel to your property across our coverage area. For larger or more complex jobs, we may recommend bringing the machinery in to one of our workshops.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes. We have 24/7 availability for breakdown support. When machinery goes down during harvest or peak season, we understand time is critical.
How often should I service my tractor?
Servicing intervals depend on hours of use and the manufacturer's recommendations — typically every 250–500 hours for routine maintenance. Our team can advise based on your specific machine.
Will servicing with you affect my warranty?
For machines under warranty, we carry out authorised servicing to manufacturer specifications. For Case IH and New Holland machines in particular, we are the authorised dealer in this region.
Where are your workshops?
We have workshops in Cambridge, Ōtorohanga and Rotorua — covering the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Central North Island. Our Taupo location offers a mobile service.
