What we are looking for:
We're looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Service Technician who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to work with modern agricultural equipment and the latest technology.
About the role:
As a Service Technician, you'll be servicing, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of agricultural machinery. No two days are the same, and you'll have the backing of an experienced team, ongoing manufacturer training, and the tools you need to do your job well.
What you'll be doing:
- Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment and OEM systems.
- Service, maintain and repair agricultural tractors and machinery.
- Complete repairs to a high standard with accurate job documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service both in the workshop and on-site.
- Solve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues across a variety of equipment.
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing factory training.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following health and safety procedures.
What you will have:
- Previous service and repair experience with agricultural tractors and machinery.
- A recognised qualification as a Heavy Diesel Technician.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with confidence using diagnostic equipment (training provided on new systems).
- A customer focussed attitude and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
- Great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a professional, reliable approach to your work
- A full drivers license and able to drive a manual vehicle

You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with rostered Saturday mornings during the season.
