About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right machinery and equipment solutions. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers throughout your territory.

From prospecting and quoting through to delivery and after-sales support, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process and play a key role in achieving branch and company growth objectives.

What you will have:

  • A passion for agriculture, farming, horticulture, or rural contracting. 
  • Sales experience, or a strong desire to build a successful sales career. Knowledge of agricultural machinery, tractors, or related equipment. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent service. 
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently. 
  • Good organisational and territory management skills. High levels of honesty, professionalism, and personal integrity.
