Covid-19 Level 3 & Giltrap Agrizone

 

In response to the Government's Covid-19 directive that we will move to L3 from the 28th April, we as an organisation are focused on supporting our staff, customers, suppliers and the greater networks of the agricultural sector.

Level 3 dictates that we can return to 'business as usual' with robust Covid-19 protocols in effect. And whilst business as usual is the focus we must all be aware that adaptability and flexibility will be key as we work through the restrictions in place. This means some things are done a bit differently.

What this means exactly for our customers is outlined below.

So for now, our focus remains on not only providing quality service and products to our customers but to continue to support the Government's Covid-19 response as well ensuring our people remain safe and feel supported at all times.

Dealership Locations

As our branches remain closed to customers and other visitors at L3, to accommodate those requiring assistance you will be able to collect parts, view machinery, drop machinery on the proviso this can be done in a way that mitigates the risk of spreading or contaminating and is in line with Covid-19 requirements. Our gates will be open with a parts person at the doorway for first contact.

Service Support

L3 allows us to complete breakdowns and general services both in the workshop and by utilising our Field Service Techs. Again, this work will be carried out in such a way as that mitigates the risk of spreading or contaminating and is in line with Covid-19 requirements.

We ask that you wash down your tractor or machinery prior to service.

Parts Support

We encourage contactless collection of parts. Where this is not possible, our dealerships will minimise contact. Please arrange a pick-up time for parts so that we can minimise potential cross-over with other customers.

We are working on providing deliveries to some areas in addition to our normal couriers. Please make contact with our parts team to arrange.

Sales Support

L3 allows the sale, installation and optimisation of new and used equipment, again presuming this can be completed in such a way to mitigate or eliminate the risk of COVID-19 contamination or transmission, complies with government and GAZ COVID-19 requirements.

Please call our sales team and coordinate a time to ensure we can minimise contact and time spent at the branch or on farm.
 

Transport

Our transport fleet will be able to collect and drop off equipment. Please coordinate with our team to minimise contact and ensure we are aware of what your require e.g. If tractor requires winching or is immobile.
